These can include changes in sleep patterns, stress, and changes in hydration or eating patterns. Police looking for hit-and-run driver who critically injured bicyclist, 17, in St. Paul A hit-and-run driver struck and critically injured a 17-year-old bicyclist early Friday in St. Paul’s North End.Officers were called to the crash near Rice Street and Hoyt Avenue just after midnight.Police learned that a person driving a small dark vehicle struck the teen as he rode his bicycle, said Sgt.
